“ This is the first of the 99 Ranch Market food court restaurants to open, other than the original Hot Deli. I tried the Classic Korean Kimchi Fish, and it was amazing. I've been telling all my coworkers about it since I devoured it for lunch. The spiciness was just right, and the fish was super fresh and tender. The kimchi gave it a nice sourness. All in all, a great dish. It came with a side of rice, which made for a perfect combo. I can't wait to go back and try the other menu options. ”

I can't even explain what the taste is like aside from it being maybe lemongrass and spicy at the same time. The bowl is filled with random veggies, spices, and, of course, your choice of fish or even duck blood. This spot is located inside the food court of 99 Ranch Market. The prices are reasonable ($12.95), and the employees are nice. They also serve Malatang. Those that don't know, look it up. When you pay with cash, you get a free drink (yellow colored fruit tea) ”

You buss your own tables, and you pickup your order when called. Chinese sauerkraut fish is one of several in the ranch 99 establishment. The food: shockingly spicy and sour and salty. I can't really handle it. The flavor is good, I had it with the fish. It is distinct, and if you love picklebacks, extra pickles, relish, sour kraut, you might like this dish! ”
